7 Born ready
Its
a beautiful thought, that 8.4 million species of life form part of
our existence.
Assuming that every living creature has a soul, and that soul is conditioned as it passes through
different species, based on the karmic software.
Breaking the 8.4 million species into six groups namely aquatics, trees, insects, birds, animals and humans. More accurately its 900,000 types of aquatics, 2 million types of trees, 1.1 million types of insects, 1 million types of birds, 3 million types of animal bodies and 400,000 types of human bodies - totaling 8.4 million.

A wilder thought is how many of these types have we taken form in
our various births.
An even more wilder thought is whether we still carry the knowledge
from the various species that we were actually born into?
Based
on the various avatars, imagine 7 species whose innate qualities
could be well within us (Please excuse my lapsing into first-person
narrative while sinking into the sequential births):
1.
Fish
- "The
never ending ocean with the beautiful marine flora and fauna - a
swimmer's paradise".
Being born as one such fish that swam all the ocean, but never out of
the water.
The knowledge that lands exists is something not experienced while swimming deep in the ocean. "But swim is all that I do".

Trivia:
Sarpa salpa is a species of coastal fish found in the Mediterranean,
around Spain and along coasts of Africa. Consuming this fish during
particular season can induce LSD like hallucination that can last for
several days.
"One bad fish can spoil the whole pond".But I like to imagine the LSD producing variety as hallucinating and flying, trying to conquer the vast ocean.
2.
Terrapin
- After flying in the ocean extensively, its birth time to crawl
towards a place without water. Land, ahoy.
"Tiring that last birth. Maybe I will gracefully live the next 200 years under the shell, occasionally shuttling between home and land."

3.
Boar
- After experiencing water, a bit of land and water, next stop is
entirely land. Birth time with four legs that can be stood on. What's
more you ask - well walking and running. The land's a place worth
exploring - so much to experience and breathe.
"I had just been ecstatic at getting rid of the shell, that I felt like being targeted. Targeted I was, and that's when I managed to gain another experience. Fleeing."

4.
Lion
- Waking up this birth time in a jungle. "Angry
at being targeted last time, I screamed really loud."
The jungle echoed with my scream. Other fellow species were revered by the elegance behind the roar.
"I went roaring, I am the king. In my excitement, I chased a creature who looked a lot like me some birth back. My game this play time, led me to a new experience. Killing in cold blood."

5.
Ant
- "Maybe
I was getting punished for my arrogance, for I was born a creature
hardly visible."
There was something about getting things done. Being that small, lot
of combined effort was needed. And thus working in groups came
naturally.
After spending adequate time on the land, I needed to explore the ground below. "That's when I got to learn another art. Digging hard."

Trivia:
Ants relate to death of a fellow ant with a particular smell that is
let out from its body at death. After the death of an ant, the fellow
ants as soon it gets the smell, together carry the dead ant away from
its territory and dumps it. We humans know the smell to be a
particular chemical, and experiment by rubbing that chemical into a
live ant. Guess what, the other ants considering this live ant as
dead, carries it and dumps it. Seriously!
6.
Bird
- "Been
underground, done that. What next, maybe I want to fly high."
The most brilliant of all the experiences, that one could be
everywhere. Birds of a feather flock together. "Some
group thing maybe that I instinctively picked from my last
experience."
As someone once quoted -
As someone once quoted -
"The secret of flight is that you have to do it immediately, before your body realizes it is defying the laws".Born with wings, I simply started flying without giving another thought.

7.
Monkey
- Da vinci had quoted -
"And me, I was born to swing."
"Once you have tasted flight, you will forever walk the earth with you eyes turned skyward, for there you have been, and there you will always long to return".So what do you do when you are born with four legs, yet yearning to fly. Get up and stand on two legs and look upwards. Using the other two as hands to climb your way up the tree into the wild blue yonder.
"And me, I was born to swing."

Here
I am, in a body with two legs, two hands and a mind to control many
feelings. The theory of Nativism
argues that certain skills or abilities are native or hard-wired into
the brain at birth. While Empiricism believes
exactly in the opposite, that is the mind is at a blank state at
birth.
English philosopher, John Locke
backing Empiricism asserts against innate knowledge,
"All ideas come from experience; all our knowledge is founded in sensory experience."
Sensing
my earlier traits hidden away within, only the thoughts remains of a
swimmer, crawler, flee'er, killer, digger, flyer and climber.
Are we born ready?
